I started wedding photography in 2018. I love the experience of photographing people at their important day and I get energy out of the nice reactions to the photographs. I like walking around on such a nice day, meeting people and photographing the beautiful moments for the bridal couple to remember.

Creatieve sfeerfotograaf
Al snel, tijdens het fotograferen van bruiloften, merkte ik dat ik niet de standaard bruidsfotograaf ben. Ik ben niet de persoon die het koppel in cliché poses gaat aansturen en fotograferen. Ik ben een creatief fotograaf die uitdaging vindt in het mooi vastleggen van een belangrijke, liefdevolle dag. En een mooi, sfeervol overzicht daarvan levert.
The bridal couple won't notice much of me during the wedding day. I move behind the scenes and capture the spontaneous and surprising moments. And of course I'll be moving to the front to photograph the important moments. During the loveshoot with the bridal couple I'll try capture them as natural as possible. No awkward posing.
Also in editing I like tot keep my photographs as natural as possible. I love color, compositioning and emotions. Sometimes I'll edit a photograph in black-and-white for a little diversity.

Quickly and many
It's important to me that the bridal couple recieve the photograhs pretty soon. I work quickly and I'm not strict about the amount of photographs I send. If the photo looks good to me, they get it. I also like taking photographs of details and overviews, as you can see in the photographs above. It gives a nice overview of the whole day.
Ease
My personality is often described as calm, friendly and thinking along. This really fits photographing wedding as I don't bring stress and pressure for the bridal couple with me. I will go my own way, and still keep everything negotiable.

A match beteween me and the bridal couple is very important to me, that we can laugh together and communicate properly. It will show in the photographs when we're all at ease with each other.
